Is Roger a real person?
No. Roger’s an AI agent. Cam is the real person, and he’s in your chat.
How is Roger different from ChatGPT?
He isn’t a chat window. He has his own computer, his own logins and a library of skills Cam built over months of real work. You give him a job, he does it and shows you the result.
What can Roger actually do?
Anything you’d ask a capable teammate who works in a browser: update your website, publish posts, fix SEO, answer reviews, pull a report, keep listings current, draft the newsletter. Websites are where most clients start.
Which tools does he work in?
Any tool you can use in a browser. Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, Google Analytics, Search Console, Notion, Mailchimp and the rest. If you can log in to it, he can work in it.
Where does he live?
On our machines, with his own computer. You talk to him in Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and he connects to your tools with the access you give him.
How does Roger get access?
You invite his email address as a collaborator, with the lowest role that does the job. No shared passwords, and you can remove him in your settings at any time.
What if Roger breaks something?
That’s what previews are for. Nothing goes live without your OK, every change can be rolled back, and Cam’s in the thread.
How fast does he reply?
Usually within minutes, and most requests are done the same day.
Who is Cam?
Cam Duncalfe is a senior designer with over 10 years in brand, product and web. He runs his own studio on two agents built the same way. He sets Roger up for you, writes his rules, reviews the design work and keeps refining him.
Why not set up my own agent?
You could. Roger comes with months of skills, writing rules, design rules and review steps that Cam built for his own studio, plus a human who keeps tuning him. That’s what you’re paying for.
Can other clients see my stuff?
No. Every Roger is set up separately, with his own workspace, logins and memory for each client.
Is my data used to train AI?
Your data isn’t used to train AI models. We run on model providers’ business terms, which exclude training on customer data.
Can I cancel?
Yes, month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
What do I need to do?
A setup call with Cam, then message Roger when you need something. That’s it.
