From first call to a working agent in a week
Get started.
Tell us about your business, the tools you use and what you want handled first. Cam replies within one business day.
Setup call, 30 minutes.
You pick where Roger shows up (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram or email), which tools he works in and how much access he gets. You invite his own email address, so no passwords change hands. Cam sends click-by-click guides for each tool.
Cam builds your Roger.
A fresh agent on his own computer, then the part that takes the time: your voice, your design rules, who can approve what, where he should always ask first and what he should remember about you.
A test week.
Roger starts with an audit and a few small jobs so you can see how he works before anything bigger. Cam reads every thread that week and tunes him.
Business as usual.
Message him like a teammate. He replies, does the work, puts anything visible on a preview, ships when you say so and checks the result. Cam keeps monitoring and refining him every month.
The rules Roger follows
Preview first.
Nothing goes live without your go, unless you’ve said a type of change can ship on its own.
He checks his work.
After every change he looks at the result the way you would, on desktop and mobile.
Design gets a designer.
New layouts and visuals are checked against Cam’s design rules, and Cam reviews them before you see them.
He asks when he’s unsure.
Ambiguous or risky requests get a question, not a guess.
He writes it down.
Every request, change and approval is logged, and you get the log in your monthly report.
Access you control.
His own login, the lowest role that does the job, removed in one click. How security works
Where you talk to him, and where he works
You talk to him in Slack (including Slack Connect), Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Cam is in the same thread.
He works from his own computer, in any tool you can open in a browser. For most clients that starts with the website: Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace or custom code. Then analytics, listings, newsletters and whatever else is on your list.
